The M.K.H. School of Nursing was started on 1st day of October 2005 with an annual intake of 20 students. Now there are 80 students in 4 batches and 8 members on the teaching staff and 3 on the non teaching staff on the roll. The school of Nursing is recognised by the Indian Nursing Council and Kerala Nursing Council and offers a 31/2-year Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery to male and female candidates.

A well qualified and experienced teaching faculty plans and implements the education programmes in such a way that the M.K.H. School of Nursing incorporates sound educational principles, changing educational needs of the nursing profession arid the current health needs of the society.
