The primary Madrasa which was started on 2nd February 1939 imparts religious and moral education and training to boys and girls of age group 5 to 15 from 1st standard to 8th standard. The Madrasa has 114 boys and 151 girls now on its rolls.

Apart from imparting education prescribed as per the syllabi of the Kerala Nadvatul Mujahidheen, special emphasis is being given to learning Thajweed.
